Dear Parents and Guardians:
Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year at Pacolet Elementary School and the Middle School of Pacolet! During this school year, we are creating a K-8 model that is located on two separate campuses- 2 miles apart- where students progress from K 4-8th grade together with a sense of family and educational continuity.
There is a lot of excitement ahead of us, including new teachers to meet, new books to read, new friends to meet and new skills to master. I look forward to sharing these milestones with you and your child. As a parent myself, I know how fast time goes by. One year your child is in first grade then, seemingly in the blink of an eye, they’re in middle school. We are confident that our K-8 model will create an educational atmosphere that will allow your child to experience success both academically and socially.
Your child will receive the best education when you and our dedicated teachers work together as a team; together we can do so much more.
